Anfibia

ANFIBIA is the new show of La Guajira, soon to be released. A dance show that unifies voice, sound space and movement in a militant act of being and being, of remaining in the here and now, in the encounter of its own distinctive nature, with the body as a testimony.

ANFIBIA as a metaphor of change, of the passage of time and of the human capacity to know how to adapt to the territory, mutating towards new realities, adjusting to a new becoming.

The piece depicts that woman in continuous change. The artist who mutates to reinvent herself, highlighting will, feminine strength and beauty.

Adaptable as her own nature.Betting on the proximity with the audience, where the public is relatively close to feel part of the of the proposal and can resonate with it, in an intimate space by choice. Generating a dialogue of contemporary and natural where body, word and sound intermingle.

Anfibia has the stage direction of Ana Vallés, the sound space of Ismael Berdei, the choreographic assistance of Rut Balbis and the interpretation and authorship of Ana Beatriz Pérez-Betty.

Contemporary dance and performance solo.
Unconventional indoor spaces, adaptable to other spaces.

Synopsis:
To adapt, you have to be brave, create a different skin, a skin that breathes, that helps you flow, to move. Adapting is not domesticating yourself, it is the practice of rediscovering your own being and, beyond change and transformation, feeling identified with yourself. Fulfilling the greatest of purposes: to continue living.
