La Guajira presents Minguantes at Foco Galicia Danza, an initiative promoted by the Galician Agency for Cultural Industries AGADIC- Xunta de Galicia.
La Guajira is one of three Galician companies selected for Foco Galicia Danza, an event to be held next October in Portugal as part of the 33rd Quinzena de Danza de Almada. This initiative promotes internationalization and raises the profile of Galician companies in an environment steeped in dance.
The company will present Minguantes, a duet inspired by the passage of time and the vital moment experienced by two people who are growing old together.
This piece was selected for the Circuito Red A cielo Abierto 2023, touring several festivals across the peninsula. It was recently presented at the Visões Urbanas Festival in São Paulo, Brazil, in June 2025.
