Under the interpretation, creation and direction of Ana Beatriz Pérez “Betty,” with stage direction support by Ana Vallés, choreographic collaboration by Rut Balbís, soundtrack by Ismael Berdei, and promotional video and photography by Raquel Castro, Anfibia dives into processes of adaptation to territory, the shedding of skin, the appearance of what we see versus what it truly is, and the latent drive to find a calm space where one can continue to exist. The piece invites the audience to look closely and feel drawn to the act of discovering something beyond a dancing body.
